Consultation: We offer a complimentary consultation to discuss your hair extension goals and determine the best service for you. This consultation allows us to understand your needs and expectations fully this can be done via face - face or simply filling out a consultation form before your appointment date

Booking Appointments: Appointments can be scheduled by contacting us via message or through our online booking system 48 hours before hand. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date and time.
Confirmation: A confirmation of your appointment will be sent via email or text message once it is booked. Please confirm your appointment to guarantee your reservation.

Cancellations and Rescheduling: We understand that plans may change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment. Your non-refundable deposit will be on hold for 30days if you chose to reschedule your appointment

Late Arrivals: We strive to maintain punctuality for all our clients. If you anticipate being late, please notify us as soon as possible. Depending on our schedule, we may need to shorten your appointment time or reschedule to accommodate other clients.

No-show Policy: No-show Policy, failing to attend an appointment without prior notice means you will not be able to reschedule future appointments and forfeit any refund.

Payment Options:We accept cash, bank transfer, and Afterpay.

Deposit Policy: At Chrystals Hair Extension, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. Failure to pay the deposit will result in cancellation of your appointment

Refund Policy: We regret to inform you that we do not offer refunds or accept changes of mind for services. If you have any concerns or queries regarding your service, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Consultation for New Styles: If you are considering a significant change or new style, we recommend scheduling a consultation prior to booking your appointment to ensure adequate time and resources are allocated.
